Manchester United are closely monitoring the progress of Botafogo goalkeeper John Victor.

West Ham want to sign Botafogo's Brazil forward Igor Jesus, 23, in a £30m deal.

AC Milan manager Clarence Seedorf is looking at Botafago's Doria Macedo, 19, for the central left midfielder position. Martins Indi, 22, Samuel Umtiti, 20, and Martin Hinteregger, 21, are the other names on the Dutchman's list.

Paraguayan striker Roque Santa Cruz is set to leave Manchester City and join Brazilian side Botafogo on a free transfer. Santa Cruz, 31, signed for City for £17.5m in July 2009 but has only scored three Premier League goals since then and spent the majority of the last three seasons on loan at various clubs.
